• Identify, generate, research, and qualify potential leads using the company’s custombuilt CRM platform. • Conduct outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and SMS outreach, to reach potential clients and book appointments. • Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM and consistently manage the sales funnel to optimize conversion rates. • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, maintaining professional and positive interactions. • Nurture relationships with leads to maintain engagement until they are passed to Sales Executives. • Provide timely feedback to the Sales team on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. • Work closely with Sales Executives and Marketing to align lead generation strategies and messaging. • Track and report key metrics such as outreach volume, lead quality, and progression to qualified opportunities. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and target markets to enhance lead generation efforts.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in lead generation using CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). • Proven skills in outbound outreach: cold calling, email campaigns, and SMS engagement. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Background in software/tech (SaaS) with experience in APAC (Southeast Asia) and US markets. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable using productivity tools and CRM platforms to manage leads and workflow.
