📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (companies in need of staffing services) • Introduce and promote the company’s staffing and recruitment solutions • Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team • Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development/Sales Representatives • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems • Follow up with prospects via phone and email when necessary • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B preferred) • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated • Basic understanding of staffing, recruitment, or HR services (a plus) • Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
