📋 Description

• Work on performance projects focused on reducing user friction throughout their journey through CRO tests (A/B, redirect, personalization, among others); • Execute, monitor, and analyze experiments using testing tools; • Report data and insights generated from tests conducted; • Produce quantitative and qualitative analyses (drop-off, conversion funnel, and user journey); • Support the development of hypotheses and data-driven recommendations; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements; • Lead workshops, follow-ups, and presentations of results to clients; • Act as a strategic partner to clients in leading and managing projects aimed at the sustainable improvement of business KPIs such as sales, lead generation, and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with testing tools such as VWO, Insider, or similar; • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, and Looker Studio; • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills; • Experience with performance marketing; • Good communication skills for presenting results and participating in meetings; • Knowledge of CRO frameworks; • Experience managing tests and organizing a testing backlog; • Understanding of AI practices applied to CRO, as well as new technologies that impact user behavior and conversion optimization.
