🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in developing and growing health system partnerships, for a minimum of 5 years. • Track record of navigating large complex organizations with many stakeholders. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and providers. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative. • Strong project management experience with the ability to understand and deliver on key operational, financial, and strategic goals. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of organizations. • Ability to build repeatable processes and systems that enable Cadence to efficiently scale with existing and new system partners. • Willingness to travel as needed.
