• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments. • Manage user, group, and computer objects, including permissions and access controls. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to AD services. • Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities. • Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL processes. • Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices. • Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives. • Collaborate closely with global infrastructure, security, and application teams. • Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration. • Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments. • Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO). • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic network concepts. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity scenarios. • Experience with monitoring, backup, and recovery of AD services. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Fluent English, both written and spoken. • Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural teams.
