📋 Description

• Ensure the process of gathering business needs, managing requirements, and alignment with the company strategy, following internal policies and industry best practices • Support the Digital LATAM project pipeline to keep schedules, efforts, and deviations updated, reporting project status monthly and quarterly across different forums and scopes • Ensure that security procedures for the digital application portfolio are up to date and that findings are addressed and remediated within the stipulated deadlines • Ensure that technical and operational risks within the digital portfolio are identified, assessed, and mitigated, establishing contingency and continuity plans for critical systems • Ensure the digital technology environment is scalable, resilient, secure, and that hosted solutions are optimized following modern industry practices • Ensure solution architecture and design adhere to cloud framework principles such as the AWS Well-Architected Framework or Azure Well-Architected Framework • Manage large-scale budgeting in the Digital department • Manage and guarantee service levels for applications within the Digital scope through various multidisciplinary maintenance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields • Management of integrated partners and B2B/B2E integration ecosystems • Management of KPIs and operational support indicators • Experience in distributed microservices architecture, with command of patterns such as Event-Driven Architecture, API Gateway and DDD • Ability to lead end-to-end systemic design decisions, balancing technical requirements, scalability and return on implementation • Knowledge of Java and Python stacks for technical evaluation, architectural review and technology standardization decisions • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms Azure and AWS • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and DevOps using Terraform and Ansible for configuration • Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker • Experience with governance of CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge in design and operation of relational databases with emphasis on PostgreSQL • Knowledge in monitoring and observability of resources and systems • Conversational and written English • Conversational and written Spanish (desirable)
