📋 Description

• Lead the definition and implementation of data architecture • Ensure data quality, security, and governance • Optimize the performance and scalability of solutions • Build and maintain scalable, efficient data infrastructures • Integrate diverse data sources • Automate information ingestion and transformation workflows • Develop scalable data pipelines using AWS (S3, EMR, Redshift) • Work with large-scale data processing using dbt, DuckDB, and Spark • Participate in building dynamic DAGs with Airflow and YAML • Discuss requirements with stakeholders and propose technical solutions • Monitor and ensure the quality of pipelines and processed data

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS (S3, EMR, Redshift) • Advanced proficiency in object-oriented Python and SQL • Knowledge of dbt, DuckDB, and Airflow • Experience with data architecture and pipeline interdependencies • Experience with pipeline observability and monitoring is desirable • Proactive approach and ability to communicate with requesting teams • Collaborative mindset and technical leadership capabilities • Ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships in data flows • Previous experience as a software engineer is a plus • Experience working with high-volume environments and specific business rules is a plus • Knowledge of data quality tools such as Soda or Great Expectations is a plus
