📋 Description

• Map end-to-end processes (AS IS) with business areas • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, operational risks and improvement opportunities • Design future-state processes (TO BE), focusing on efficiency and scalability • Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, among others) • Propose improvements, standardizations and automation initiatives • Support decision-making on system replacement or evolution • Prepare process documentation (flows, procedures, policies) • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) • Work in partnership with technology and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Process Analyst, preferably in the financial sector • Experience in mapping and redesigning corporate (back-office) processes • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) • Experience with modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking • Excellent communication skills for interaction with multiple areas/stakeholders • Experience working in environments with multiple systems and integrations
