📋 Description

• Support the preparation of the annual control testing schedule; • Assess internal controls through test plans and document deficiencies to responsible parties for the definition of mitigating action plans; • Support execution of internal control activities using the GRC system; • Assist business areas in recording/capturing mitigating action plans; • Monitor action plans or corrective measures aimed at remediating internal control deficiencies; • Prepare various reports on internal control topics to meet requests from the executive board and client areas; • Support compliance with SUSEP regulatory requirements, including the annual preparation of the risk questionnaire, the annual internal controls report, and the effectiveness assessment of controls aimed at preventing and combating money laundering; • Prepare regulatory and routine reports for the area (local and shareholder-level); • Update policies, normative manuals, and procedures; • Lead projects or studies of low to medium complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; • Communicative profile with strong cross-functional negotiation skills; • Ability to promote risk and control governance culture within the first line; • Experience in the insurance market; • Strong writing skills and experience preparing opinions and reports; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Knowledge of governance and control frameworks (COSO, SOX); • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with GRC tools.
