📋 Description

• Define payment product strategies aligned with Caju’s business vision; • Specify payment product requirements in accordance with current technical standards from BACEN, card networks or others; • Define and validate the squad roadmap with strategic stakeholders and senior leadership; • Define product success metrics and relevant analyses required for continuous improvement; • Make high-impact decisions and conduct complex negotiations with strategic stakeholders; • Anticipate issues that may impact timelines; • Share responsibilities and delivery expectations with functional peers and quantify the business impact of potential delays; • Contribute to building the team’s quality standards and processes; • Critique and influence experiences designed by the Design team; • Articulate and provide visibility of your initiatives, development progress, and potential business risks to senior leadership; • Lead execution rituals (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Retro, etc.); • Design and evolve Pix journeys (cash-in, cash-out, Pix Cobrança [Pix Billing], Pix Automático [Automatic Pix], refunds/MED) considering BACEN rules and the impact on user experience and contact rate; • Monitor and anticipate regulatory changes to the Pix arrangement (BCB resolutions, updates to the standards manual, SPI/DICT) and translate technical and product impacts to the squad and stakeholders; • Manage the Boleto lifecycle (issuance, registration, settlement, write-off/cancellation, reconciliation) and coordinate with settlement partners when necessary; • Evaluate and propose enhancements to other payment methods (TED, card, digital wallet) integrated with Caju’s payments platform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Product Manager; • Ability to operate in ambiguous situations with limited information for decision-making; • Ability to balance quality and speed in deliveries; • Strong analytical skills; able to research, structure data and draw objective conclusions; • Organizes ideas, can defend decisions and communicates them clearly to others; • Knows how to prioritize and identify which features are necessary and which can be deferred to accelerate development; • Provides constructive critique, pays attention to UX details, and raises the bar for their own and the team’s deliveries; • Able to align and reconcile perspectives and needs across different areas of the company; • Works autonomously and with responsibility; • Collaborates effectively in a team and values the role of all team members; • Acts as a leader and point of reference within the squad and the product team; • Deep knowledge of the Pix ecosystem — end-to-end journeys, BACEN rules, DICT, MED and the product implications of each regulatory update; • Mastery of Boleto operations (registration, settlement, bank reconciliation) and ability to evaluate trade-offs between Pix, Boleto and other payment methods in product strategy. • Nice-to-have: • Previous experience as a Senior PM in payments platforms (card issuance, bank account structures, ledger, authorizer, settlement, etc.); • Skill in using AI tools to optimize processes and daily tasks; • Prior experience leading Pix and/or Boleto product at a financial institution or a BACEN-regulated fintech;
