📋 Description

• Develop and implement the product strategy for the warehouse management system in close alignment with business objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and prioritize market and business requirements, and create and maintain the Product Backlog • Write user stories and product backlog items based on customer requirements, ensuring the value of each development through data analysis and user feedback • Work closely with the development team, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, and clarify requirements and priorities • Manage escalation processes, coordinate incidents, and drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving systemic issues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in IT and/or logistics • Several years of professional experience in demand or project management within logistics • Additional qualification or further training in agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Nexus) • Strong communication and conflict-management skills, with a confident presence in challenging situations • Ability to structure complex tasks, think critically, and actively drive change processes • Strong customer focus when implementing assigned product backlog items • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
