• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service • Lead brand strategy development in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and multichannel initiatives • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Creative, Editorial, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure high-quality execution • Own and manage the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review process, ensuring compliance and clear communication of feedback • Identify and implement opportunities for account growth, including expanded services and additional client engagements • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior account team members, fostering professional development and career growth • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, applying insights to improve client strategy and execution • Track and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability, to ensure strong account management • Contribute to new business development efforts, including proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations • Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific guidelines throughout project execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within medical education • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, including medical education and MLR processes • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and drive business results • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and strategic initiatives • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in budget management, strategic planning, and financial forecasting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively • Ability to travel (locally and nationally) up to 25% of the time • Do you have medical communications/education experience?
