• Maintain existing, and develop and close net new customers for prospective B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C customers • Your work will be crucial for refining and scaling our existing sales engine • Report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with the CEO, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams on cross-functional initiatives • Leverage your existing deep network to identify, source, and close new revenue-generating customers • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team, ensuring a smooth handoff and alignment on high-value opportunities • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking in Sales systems • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, leveraging existing templates • Leverage feedback from prospects to refine the entire process
• Must be based in, or within two hours of Mexico City • 5- 10 years of either Sales and/or Business Development experience in the Global Fintech or Crypto space • Must have experience selling to Fintechs, International businesses, Customs and FX brokers, Institutions, and be able to easily show you understand the full sales cycle • Excellent Spanish and English language skills • Having an existing relationship base with senior professionals in the Global Trade or Fintech space, such as with Cross Border Merchant Settlement Providers, Tech-enabled Export and Import operators • A clear understanding of the value proposition stablecoins and the blockchain bring to cross-border payments • Low ego, proactive cross-functional communicator, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple actionable plans • Team player with experience working in globally oriented organizations, and can adjust sales and business development motions to meet their prospects' cultural standards • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environments • Excellent follow-through, always following up, never letting opportunities slip, and closing the loop • Capable and comfortable with necessary AI automation, communication and CRM tools such as OpenAI, Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and gSuite
