• Assist in analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision-making. • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts. • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions. • Participate in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. • Help maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations. • Collaborate with the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts. • Monitor expenses and track budget utilization across departments. • Support data collection, organization, and analysis to drive insights for business decisions. • Assist in maintaining and improving financial systems and databases. • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and finance-related projects. • Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
