• Research and contact new customers across different countries. • Identify and activate new business opportunities through multiple sales channels. • Work with the sales team to improve sales and marketing strategies. • Track and report sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis. • Use Zoho CRM to manage customer information. • Analyze and qualify potential clients and update the sales pipeline. • Respond quickly to client inquiries and follow up on leads. • Understand customer needs and work on providing solutions. • Collaborate with the procurement team to meet client needs. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support business growth. • Connect with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn. • Conduct research to identify potential clients and grow existing accounts. • Recommend solutions based on client needs and market trends. • Schedule meetings or calls between clients and the sales team to close deals.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, international trade, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Quick learner who can work independently after training. • Attention to detail when researching and qualifying leads. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. • Experience in sales or start-up environments is a bonus.
