📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference in Information Security and Data Protection, acting as a facilitator and advisor for the team and other areas of the organization. • Create, review and maintain Information Security policies, standards and guidelines to ensure proper management of CCEE information, aligned with best practices and regulations. • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and authenticity of company information, supporting business areas, products and projects. • Analyze risks and act proactively to prevent fraud, leaks and data loss through policies, technical controls and awareness actions. • Anticipate potential threats arising from new business, acquisitions and partnerships, proposing mitigations and security barriers. • Manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle, ensuring that only authorized users access systems and data through an RBAC matrix (Role-Based Access Control). • Establish an organizational security culture by promoting training, webinars, campaigns, gamified content and ongoing engagement activities. • Act as guardian of security requirements, evaluating and reporting indicators and compliance to senior management through dashboards and structured reports. • Actively support initiatives and demands of the Data Privacy area (LGPD - Brazilian Data Protection Law). • Lead the structuring and maintenance of the Business Continuity Program, ensuring effective incident response capabilities for security events. • Monitor and technically evaluate security vendors (pentest, SAST, DAST, etc.), including defining procurement requirements and validating the adherence of reports and recommendations received. • Promote the team's technical development by sharing knowledge, best practices and providing technical leadership on critical topics. • Stay updated on trends, threats and new solutions in information security, proposing technological innovations for the continuous evolution of the corporate environment. • Support management in budget decisions by presenting needs for new tools, software updates, training, consulting services, etc., with clear justifications and supporting data, as well as assisting in defining prioritization and timing of expenditures throughout the year.

• Serve as a technical reference for leaders and team members, providing solutions related to Information Security and Data Privacy. • Develop, implement and maintain Information Security and Data Privacy policies, standards and guidelines. • Define criteria for classification, handling and protection of corporate information. • Structure, monitor and ensure processes related to the secure use of information and technology resources. • Conduct awareness campaigns and periodic training on Information Security and Data Privacy for different audiences. • Coordinate and report compliance actions related to security and privacy requirements, proposing necessary improvements and adjustments. • Identify, assess and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities related to systems, environments and corporate information. • Manage information security incidents, coordinating response actions and impact mitigation. • Plan, execute and lead security testing, vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on systems and networks. • Structure and maintain access management and identity control processes for corporate systems and information. • Define, implement and monitor Information Security and Data Privacy solutions. • Monitor and ensure application of data privacy governance practices. • Contribute to the technical development of the team by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. • Lead strategic initiatives and projects related to Information Security and Cybersecurity.
