• Carrying out service and maintenance activities for our enterprise customer base. • Installing, servicing, and maintaining vehicle CCTV, blind spot detection systems, vehicle safety systems, fleet tracking and telematics solutions across commercial and light-duty vehicles. • Developing a strong understanding of CameraMatics products and how they add value to our customers’ businesses. • Managing and maintaining van stock holdings effectively. • Supporting auditing and quality control processes to ensure high installation and service standards. • Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers. • Working independently using your own initiative, while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team. • Maintaining clear and professional written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with automotive electrical 12VDC and 24VDC systems. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive electrical testing and installation. • Experience working in customer-facing roles. • HGV/LCV experience and a genuine passion for working with vehicles. • Full UK Driving Licence. • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach.
