• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CT systems across the Midlands • Diagnose and resolve complex system-level faults across multi-technology platforms • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals • Provide remote diagnostics and support from home office • Collaborate with engineering teams, service centres, and commercial functions • Manage tools, spare parts, and travel logistics efficiently • Complete all required documentation accurately and within deadlines • Travel approximately 35–40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays • Attend international training courses as required • Be flexible to support overtime, short-notice callouts, and weekend shifts
• HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related technical discipline • Field service experience (medical imaging experience advantageous but not essential) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently • Experience with remote connectivity tools and diagnostics • Good IT skills, including familiarity with software installation, virtual machines, and troubleshooting • Full UK driving licence • Fluent in English
