📋 Description

• Co-lead brand evolution projects involving positioning, visual and verbal identity, and brand architecture • Run client workshops, presentations, and feedback sessions • Translate between client stakeholders and creative/strategy teams • Coordinate freelance copywriters, strategists, and designers • Own end-to-end project coordination for video projects • Brief creative teams and coordinate production schedules and feedback rounds • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate complex multi-workstream campaigns and prevent delivery issues • Manage quality assurance, client feedback, and revision rounds • Coordinate Creative Directors, Strategists, Motion Designers, Editors, Producers, Designers, and Post-production Coordinators • Ensure deliverables are on time, on quality, and on budget • Maintain creative output and service delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of agency account management experience • Proven ability to own senior client relationships and coordinate multi-workstream delivery • Experience leading brand or rebrand projects, including brand positioning, visual identity, or brand architecture • Excellent interpersonal, client relationship, written, and verbal communication skills • Deep understanding of creative workflows, video production, and agency operations • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp • High fluency in English, written and spoken, as a mandatory requirement • Ability to live in Barcelona, Spain • Right to work in Spain for non-contract positions • Portfolio or reel link required when applying • Ability to complete a short AI video test if shortlisted
