• Develop and execute comprehensive paid shopping strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms • Lead channel expansion initiatives, evaluating new shopping platforms and opportunities for growth • Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for shopping campaigns • Optimize SA360 configurations, automated bidding strategies, and cross-platform reporting • Implement advanced SA360 features including floodlight tracking, audience targeting, and automated rules • Oversee shopping campaign performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms • Develop and implement advanced bidding strategies, including Smart Bidding and automated bid management • Manage and mentor the Senior Paid Search Specialist (Shopping Ads) and other team members • Utilize advanced SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis and campaign optimization • Partner with product and eCommerce teams to ensure feed accuracy and product catalog optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field • 7+ years of experience managing shopping ad campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SA360 platform management and optimization • Proven track record of team leadership and management experience • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) • Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center • Experience with feed management platforms (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, etc.) • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
