• Achieving growth sales quotas and retaining existing clients • Following-up on leads and qualifying new and add-on opportunities • Communicating how to meet customers’ needs and solve their problems • Developing positive relationships with client base and maximizing add-on revenue • Uncovering business needs, technical requirements, and the buyer’s purchasing process • Understanding and positioning solutions in a competitive environment • Working within 1 assigned geographical region with a regional partner • Asking technical questions and initiating detailed product discussions • Uncover customer needs beyond what may have been initially obvious • Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas • Hitting expected call activity metrics • Developing and maintaining sales pipeline • Providing an accurate forecast and documenting activity in CRM • Educating customers on product functionality through conversations, demos, and presentations • Following-up on uncovered sales opportunities • Managing the renewal process for assigned accounts • Developing strong and trusted relationships with customers • Effectively solving ad-hoc customer issues as needed • Timely preparing and processing all contracts
• Bachelor’s Degree required • Aviation experience a plus • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills • Strong business acumen and curiosity about the prospects business • Willingness to learn • Self-motivated and organized • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment • Strong technical expertise • Outbound sales call experience • Must be located in Central Time Zone or willing to work Central Time Zone schedule
