• Hunting to identify and close new business opportunities within a global sales territory and target market segments of key services • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities via direct calling, email, networking and working directly with key decision makers and influencers • Complement prospecting and selling efforts through onsite and face-to-face customer meetings as needed • Use consultative and relationship-building sales techniques to identify the most efficient solutions to meet customer's expectations • Help Canadian Consulting Group's customers and prospects by positioning and leveraging our core services • Liaise with business development representatives to close RFP (Request For Proposal) deals within the private and public sectors • Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with a solid network of decision makers and influencers • Meet the monthly quota.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of solid, B2B sales and business development experience in the consultancy industry • Proven experience with a track record of success and quota achievement in a direct hunting, B2B sales role • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and generate new business through extensive prospecting and research • Familiarity and proficiency with a high volume of prospecting tools including sales automation tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and regular appointment booking • Able to identify and obtain meetings with potential customers while simultaneously knowing when to move on from unqualified prospects • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English are a must • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and ERP are a plus • University degree in a relevant field is required
