📋 Description

• Own a defined book of business, achieving revenue retention and growth goals through account planning, product expansion, and strategic collaboration with clients. • Engage in a consultative manner with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with business outcomes. • Conduct quarterly business reviews (onsite when needed) to analyze results, identify opportunities, and strengthen multi-product adoption. • Educate clients on the business impact of Candescent’s digital banking products and services. • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and recommendations that drive revenue and adoption. • Negotiate renewals, products, and services while maintaining high client satisfaction and contractual continuity. • Collaborate with internal Candescent teams (sales, marketing, product, and implementation) to ensure smooth delivery and client success. • Stay informed of industry trends and represent Candescent at trade shows, conferences, and client events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in the financial services or technology software industry in a sales and/or account management role with proven revenue results. • Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills up to the C-level. • Experience within the banking or credit union space—either as a practitioner or vendor partner. • Proficiency in consultative, solutions-based selling and strategic account management. • Ability to manage multiple client initiatives and navigate complex organizations. • Skilled in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools. • Demonstrated ability to work independently from a remote environment. • Experience selling or managing SaaS/PaaS software solutions.
