📋 Description

• Covering a nationwide territory, supports sales representatives on customer visits and provides technical support for product presentations. • Works closely with the CP sales team on customer and prospect proposals (client orientation and needs analysis, technological approach, proposal development). • Develops technical knowledge and sales arguments. Designs and delivers training on technological developments of the products. • Communicates technical information to Canon Europe teams responsible for print testing and ensures the required quality standards are met. Manages product demonstrations (scheduling, logistics and organization) for customers and prospects. • Analyzes a customer’s application areas and provides findings to the Controlling department to help build the commercial offer. • Leads sales meetings by presenting status updates (placements, forecast analysis of opportunities). • Actively contributes to synergy across other group activities by escalating leads. • Prepares success stories/case studies for Canon Europe. • Complies with the applicable requirements of the environmental management system and contributes to their effective implementation to achieve objectives within their area. Understands the importance of their role in meeting environmental targets. • Complies with the applicable requirements of the quality management system and contributes to their effective implementation to achieve objectives within their area. Understands the importance of their role in customer satisfaction and the beneficial impact of continuous performance improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bac+2 (two-year postsecondary diploma) in business or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office tools. • Broad general knowledge. • English is essential for communication with Canon Europe. • Proven commercial success in selling production printing solutions. • Knowledge of Buscoms and Graphic Arts markets. • Awareness of competitors (products and positioning).
