📋 Description

• Partner with the Country Localisation Lead to shape Canva’s voice in Portuguese (BRL) • Translate and review key product and marketing content • Manage relationships with localisation partners and vendors • Develop and maintain style guides and glossaries • Provide cultural insights and localisation recommendations • Assess machine translation and AI outputs for quality • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writer and communicator in Portuguese (BRL) • Strong understanding of tone, localisation, and cultural nuance • Passion for language, creativity, and user experience • Experience with CAT tools and localisation platforms (Smartling experience is a bonus) • Strong attention to detail and ability to review translated content • Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally • Bonus points: experience with SaaS localisation, SEO, copywriting, or design tools like Canva
