📋 Description

• Manage the software development team personnel with the goal of supporting and developing our employees by conducting regular 1:1 sessions and providing frequent feedback; • Facilitate the ceremonies adopted by the squad, such as Sprint Plannings, Refinements, Retrospectives, etc.; • Remove impediments for the team; • Review and propose improvements to existing features, services, and processes; • Evolve, together with the team, work methods aligned with agile methodologies and a digital culture; • Hold sessions with all types of stakeholders to present the latest results achieved, gather feedback/insights, and align on the product roadmap; • Contribute to defining the objectives and key metrics for the product/squad, regularly presenting these results to stakeholders (OKRs).

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams for digital products • Experience in improving processes, products, or services; • Knowledge of software development (background as Backend, Full-Stack, or Frontend developer); • Knowledge of facilitation techniques and problem-solving methods; • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Knowledge of Systems Architecture; • Knowledge of mobile platforms; • Knowledge of support/sustaining models and bug-fix prioritization; • Ability to synthesize information and extract conclusions and action items from abstract conversations or "working meetings"; • Ability to organize deliveries and set priorities; • Experience with root cause analysis. • It is a plus if you have: • Led teams during technology and/or process modernization or migration; • Led the creation of development teams, from area design and hiring to team development, building a high-performance structure; • Knowledge of the store, franchise and/or retail market.
