📋 Description

• Owning the strategy and performance of Canva’s B2B website, collaborating with SEO, content, and digital teams to drive key business metrics. • Leading demand capture initiatives across the inbound funnel, using AI and new technologies to increase lead conversion. • Scaling community-led growth by growing owned communities and engaging authentically in external networks to boost visibility and buyer intent. • Building high-impact organic loops by connecting content, search, and community engagement. • Using data to prioritise and plan a global roadmap that aligns cross-functional teams around the highest-impact work. • Driving experimentation – from ideation to launch – to identify scalable, repeatable growth levers. • Aligning closely with ops, sales, and MarTech to ensure website strategy supports broader funnel performance. • Establishing the infrastructure, tooling, and playbooks needed to scale inbound programs efficiently. • Advocating for resources, managing budgets, and tracking ROI across tooling, content, and innovation. • Partnering with data teams to evolve attribution models and uncover new areas for proactive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading organic growth programs across SEO, content, CRO, and website strategy — especially within B2B and SaaS environments. • Strong grasp of both foundational and emerging channels like AEO, SEO, web chat, referral marketing, and sales enablement — and know how to connect the dots to drive revenue. • Successfully scaled inbound funnels using proven, high-impact marketing tactics that translate into measurable pipeline. • Confident in reporting performance metrics across B2B goals like leads, pipeline, and ARR — and know how to turn data into action. • Partnered with a range of senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating complex strategies into compelling stories and aligned execution. • Love bringing ideas to life with content strategists, designers, and engineers — and know how to collaborate to get things done. • Knowledge of web analytics and use data to speed up decision-making and delivery. • Strategic thinker who writes clear, insight-led briefs that align cross-functional teams. • Passionate about using data to constantly evolve and elevate marketing performance.
