📋 Description

• Coach, mentor, and strengthen a team of 7 QA engineers • Work closely with the Product and Tech Leads to understand the product roadmap • Drive the adoption of AI-powered approaches to evolve quality engineering practices • Plan QA Support for all group projects • Identify opportunities to improve quality in the groups • Guide and inspire QA Engineers to increase their impact • Perform structured performance reviews, conduct regular 1:1s, and participate in the hiring process of new QA engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers • Experience identifying opportunities for injecting quality, and advocating for process changes to improve product quality • Exceptional stakeholder management skills • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Experience with defining QA metrics, setting ambitious targets and driving actions to reach them • Experience testing complex web and mobile apps (iOS and Android) • Meticulous in your work and passionate about testing
