• High-volume GTM recruiting experience • Ability to develop creative recruiting strategies • Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experience • Familiarity with sourcing strategies, market data, trends • Strong closing skills and ability to navigate multiple priorities • Creativity and proactivity in identifying and engaging talent • Understanding of Canva's product, culture, and mission
