📋 Description
• Design, develop, and deploy models and systems that generate and edit designs • Collaborate with ML engineers, backend, frontend, and product teams to ship user-facing features • Monitor the latest deep learning and generative AI research and turn promising techniques into production features • Contribute to tiering generation methods across different user segments • Investigate and resolve quality, latency, and reliability issues in the generation serving path • Build and maintain infrastructure and pipelines for reliable production serving of generation models at scale • Communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and share knowledge across the team • Own scoped projects end-to-end from idea through measurable production impact
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience building and shipping machine-learning models in production • Experience beyond notebook-based model training, including production serving • Comfort across model development and infrastructure serving predictions at scale • Understanding of trade-offs between generation quality, speed, and reliability • Ability to take scoped projects from idea to production with minimal guidance • High autonomy and ability to drive proof-of-concepts without a predefined process • Ability to work in a fast, iterative environment and pivot quickly • Collaboration with engineers and cross-functional teams • Deep learning and generative AI knowledge • Clear communication of complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
