📋 Description

• Support technical communication and interaction with end customers under supervision • Reply to customer requests by email • Participate in deploying Capacity/Verbio solutions in customer infrastructure or Capacity cloud with senior team members • Troubleshoot Capacity/Verbio deployments with customers and colleagues, escalating when needed • Support Project Managers and senior Engineers to ensure project success • Coordinate with product and infrastructure teams for successful deployments • Stay updated and trained on Capacity/Verbio products, tools, APIs, integrations, requirements, and technology limitations • Provide technical information for content describing product operation on customer infrastructure • Share customer feedback and observations with senior colleagues and product teams • Support sales/presales representatives in delivering the best customer experience • Contribute to deployment and integration standards and methodologies for AI technology • Collaborate with product teams to maintain internal Quality Assurance systems • Propose improvements to Verbio platform architecture and functionality • Ask questions and actively seek feedback to accelerate learning

🎯 Requirements

• Telecommunications or Computer Engineer (Master or Degree), or equivalent practical experience/training • Customer-focused, with good oral and written communication/presentation skills • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Unix/Linux Server Administration • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) • Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, or genuine interest in SaaS platforms • Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and/or conversational technologies • Ability to read source code to understand and support the product team • Basic experience with version control tools (Git) • Willingness to learn, listen actively, and take feedback constructively • High proactivity and autonomy to research and propose solutions • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-moving, constantly changing work environment • Ability to work remotely in total coordination with remote teams/workmates • Strong team-player and self-motivated • Good English and Spanish proficiency levels (B2/C1) • Previous internship or academic project experience in Linux, scripting, or cloud environments (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of communication protocols (SIP, RTP, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets) (nice to have) • Exposure to Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) (nice to have) • Basic programming skills in C/C++ (nice to have) • Familiarity with Docker or containers (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure (nice to have) • Curiosity about open-source VoIP services such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and OpenSIPS (nice to have)
