• Analyze failures in robots and automation processes • Fix scripts and workflows • Adjust integrations • Resolve execution issues • Handle production incidents • Support the monitoring team (Level 1) • Perform technical troubleshooting • Update credentials, access permissions, and variables • Implement minor improvements • Ensure the stability of automations • Provide second-level support • Assist with deployment and release activities • Review and validate technical logs • Operate under agreed SLAs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field • Experience with automation or software development • Experience with RPA or scripting • Experience in troubleshooting • Experience providing production support
