📋 Description

• Perform expense analysis activities in the Cost (CO) and JVA modules; • Understand types of cost allocations in primary and secondary cost elements, distributions, settlements and postings; • Analyze Billing (Charge or Provision) of Expenses (YSCO_CJI3); • Post time entries for active employees in SAP and monitor their approval; • Prepare and monitor the partnership budget; • Analyze allocations in the partnership cost center; • Prepare, review, submit and handle rejections of expense lists sent via SGPP (PPSA); • Analyze and monitor budget vs. Cash Call vs. billing; • Support audits of non-operator partners and internal audits; • Maintain evidence for SOX control compliance (PAR); • Control and monitor AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure); • Provide clarifications on analyzed expenses to stakeholders in partnership processes; • Calculate cost and volume equalizations for production allocation/individualization processes; • Support internal and external partnership audit processes; • Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English; • Experience using BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for data processing and creation of management reports; • Knowledge of SAP modules JVA, MM, CO, FI, PS, and PM; • Knowledge of SAP BW; • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; • 6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract supervision approval; • 8 years performing activities similar to the scope of services in oil & gas projects, subject to contract supervision approval if the candidate does not hold a degree in the specified disciplines;
