📋 Description

• Perform medium-complexity operational tasks, being responsible for supporting and executing structured analysis of data and information during consolidation efforts, as well as supporting and, when required, guiding the execution of basic activities for solution development and the implementation of improvements. • Support the operation of corporate planning and expense-control tools, and analyze period results by comparing planned versus actual costs and financial gains across planning, development, and through project completion and closure, applying critical analysis. • Review and monitor project and program performance, tracking progress through KPIs, dashboards, and other performance data. • Responsible for supporting critical analyses and the development of solutions to maximize adherence to and effectiveness of plan execution, including supporting the development of tools, methodologies, and dashboards that enable forward-looking analysis of risks, bottlenecks, and threats to allow proactive action.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in the following specialties: Project Management or other related areas validated by contractual management. • Minimum education in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, IT Administration, or other fields related to the specialty. • Ability to handle communication challenges with clients and suppliers, maintaining a balanced and professional demeanor when facing difficulties. • Proactivity and assertiveness in seeking information. • Attention to detail and ability to critically analyze received information, identifying potential inconsistencies in action plans.
