📋 Description

• Manage data infrastructure for all major modeling projects • Manage requirements for data enhancements to improve analytics and data processes • Lead special data and analytical projects • Negotiate and set priorities with IT and BI resources to align projects with company goals • Develop expertise in and represent analytic interests for new data mining tools and technologies • Train other team members on data mining tools and technologies • Develop and manage business certification of analytic-related data projects • Manage assigned direct reports • Function as a data/code trainer for the department • Apply understanding of ETL/ELT data processes • Manage nearshore and offshore teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or relevant • Hands-on experience working as a Data Engineer or relevant software experience • Experience working with Agile methodology • Strong understanding of programming languages like Python and SQL • Background experience on ETL and orchestration
