📋 Description

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, Port.io platform services, and the Argo DevSecOps platform • Resolve customer issues and ensure system reliability • Monitor the health and performance of Kubernetes, Port.io, and Medtronic’s Argo environments using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana • Investigate and troubleshoot networking, storage, security, and application deployment issues within Kubernetes • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve platform stability and automate routine maintenance • Troubleshoot container images for teams experiencing deployment challenges • Manage and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations, and other deployment artifacts • Configure and maintain GitLab CI runners • Develop and maintain support-process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices • Ensure timely incident resolution and communicate status updates to stakeholders • Participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production cloud and on-prem environments • Familiarity with Port.io or similar platform services and cloud-native technologies • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker • Proficiency in writing and debugging Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or ELK stack • Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, Linux systems, and distributed systems • Familiarity with Bash or Python for automation • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
