📋 Description

• Configure and optimize the Databricks platform environment • Support workspace administration and integration on the Databricks "Ops" platform • Architect and maintain AWS platform engineering solutions • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation workflows • Establish modern DevOps practices for platform delivery and infrastructure management • Configure enterprise-level monitoring, alerting, and logging for cloud and data platforms • Ensure platform observability and operational readiness • Configure and set up ops infrastructure rather than perform day-to-day operations • Drive initiatives independently without step-by-step direction • Communicate frequently, clearly, and accurately with technical teams and business stakeholders • Identify platform gaps, recommend solutions, and optimize operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Databricks • Ability to ramp up quickly on the Databricks "Ops" platform • Strong overall DevOps expertise, including modern CI/CD pipelines and practices • Strong AWS platform engineering skills • Strong knowledge of operations management, including monitoring, alerting, and logging configuration • Strong consulting skills • Ability to work autonomously and proactively as a self-starter • Frequent, clear, and accurate communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders • English proficiency at B2 level or above • Candidates must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, or Chile • The role is specifically for candidates based in Latin America (LATAM)
