📋 Description

• Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications • Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT • Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications • Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables • Validates suppliers estimates • Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components • Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables • Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required • Translate complex reinsurance requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Set up and maintain treaty and facultative structures, proportional/non-proportional arrangements, participation structures, and risk accumulations. • Ensure accurate reinsurance accounting (UPR, EPI, reinstatement premiums) and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FS-CD. • Manage period-end (month, quarter, year-end) close processes, premium estimations, claims recoveries, and settlements. • Lead or support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and data reconciliation. • Work alongside Actuarial, Finance, Business Operations, and IT teams to implement and optimize SAP systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Year working with SAP environment • Deep understanding of both general reinsurance concepts and insurance operations. • Hands-on experience with SAP FS-RI module configurations. • Proficiency in linking FS-RI with SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) and SAP FI/CO. • Background in managing proportional/non-proportional treaties and facultative contracts. • Experience working in a production support environment
