📋 Description

• Analyze direct (online + call center) sales performance across Auto, Property, and Specialty lines of business, leveraging KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and funnel diagnostics to identify opportunities to improve conversion, traffic quality, and customer value • Leverage strong technical expertise in data querying, data modeling, and data curation (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, BI tools) to extract, transform, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights • Develop a consistent understanding of marketing channel performance mix and partner cross-functionally to prioritize digital investments and innovations • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and overall customer experience • Identify friction points and optimize the full multichannel customer journey – from discovery through purchase, onboarding, and cross-sell • Support the execution and measurement of sales campaigns, product launches, and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives in close partnership with business teams • Drive sales analytics research and best practices by analyzing competitive performance, innovation trends, and digital marketing data to inform strategy, guide roadmap decisions, and accelerate growth • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role • Exceptional communicator, influencer, and collaborator with executive and cross-functional teams • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field required • Proficiency or experience working with Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, etc.) tools is a plus • Exposure to Snowflake, R, Alteryx, Python or similar data querying tools
