📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance interactive financial reporting dashboards • Assess existing reporting processes and data sources • Develop scalable Power BI data models and visualizations • Deliver executive-level dashboards for financial performance reporting • Modernize current reporting practices • Improve accessibility to business insights • Identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimization • Build Power BI dashboards end-to-end • Advise on data model and reporting architecture improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience transforming Excel-based reporting into Power BI solutions • FP&A / Financial Reporting domain knowledge • Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or SQL experience • Reporting automation and governance • Ability to support the US time zone • Hands-on expert Power BI development experience • Ability to build dashboards end-to-end • Ability to advise on data model and reporting architecture improvements • Experience with Power BI Desktop and Service • DAX and Power Query (M) • Data modeling, including star schema, relationships, and semantic models • Financial reporting and analytics, including P&L, revenue, gross profit, and variance analysis • Data integration using Excel, SharePoint, databases, and finance systems • Report performance optimization • Requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration • Data validation and reconciliation
