📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret syndicated market data, market research data, consumer insights, and business performance data • Develop business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for strategic and operational decision-making • Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards • Use advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to analyze data, automate reports, create dashboards, and generate visualizations • Translate complex datasets into clear insights for business stakeholders and senior leadership • Understand reporting requirements and develop customized BI and reporting solutions with internal teams and business partners • Conduct market analysis on market dynamics, category performance, customer behavior, and competitive trends • Identify patterns and relationships across datasets and provide data-driven recommendations • Ensure report and dashboard accuracy, consistency, and reliability through data validation and quality checks • Support reporting frameworks, data models, dashboards, and analytical processes • Define KPIs and reporting methodologies with stakeholders • Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Stay updated on market research methodologies, BI tools, reporting best practices, and emerging analytics trends

🎯 Requirements

• 10–16 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, market research, data analytics, or business insights • Strong experience working with syndicated data and market research datasets • Excellent understanding of market research principles, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis • Hands-on expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting, and visualization • Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights • Experience in developing business reports, management dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical presentations • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience with additional BI tools, data visualization platforms, SQL, or statistical analysis tools will be an advantage • Prior experience working with syndicated market research platforms and large-scale business datasets is highly desirable
