📋 Description

• Plan, design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for API and backend services using RestAssured • Write and execute automated test scripts for RESTful APIs • Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps • Perform code reviews for test automation scripts and mentor junior QA engineers • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues • Ensure test automation follows maintainability, scalability, and performance best practices • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation • Strong proficiency in Java and RestAssured for API automation • Hands-on experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON/XML • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and API documentation tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) is a plus
