📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly budget variance, forecasting, and KPI reports, identifying key trends and business drivers • Develop financial and business models to support business decisions • Support annual strategic and financial planning, including consolidation and analysis • Analyze expenses, vendors, and capital proposals, providing financial insights and recommendations • Execute finance operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, banking transactions, and financial controls • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on special projects, ad hoc analysis, and initiatives • Lead or contribute to process improvement projects that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably including financial analysis and finance operations • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Fluent English • Strong experience with financial analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Experience with AP/AR, banking operations, and financial controls • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with business and Finance stakeholders • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements • Valid, local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hire • CPA or CMA exam progress, MBA/Master’s coursework, or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is preferred
