📋 Description

• Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications • Build scalable backend APIs and microservices • Develop modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript • Create operational self-service applications for business users • Design workflow automation and cross-platform system integrations • Transform traditional reporting and analytics solutions into automated operational workflows • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Mentor team members and contribute to coding standards • Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions supporting critical business operations • Develop backend services, frontend applications, workflow orchestration capabilities, and system integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Based in LATAM • 5+ years of software development experience with Java or Python • 5+ years of backend API development experience • Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, RPC, and JSON • 5+ years working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB • 4+ years building frontend applications using React and TypeScript • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS • Experience leading code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline • Billing platform or payment solutions experience • Service-oriented and event-driven architectures • Experience with Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ • GraphQL frontend integration, such as Apollo Client • Component-based design systems • Jest and React Testing Library • Webpack or Vite • WCAG accessibility standards • Experience with large-scale distributed systems, scalability, replication, and redundancy patterns • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • Availability for US CST time zone
