📋 Description

• Provide critical decision support across the enterprise by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to address business challenges. • Apply moderately advanced mathematical, statistical, and quantitative techniques to solve medium-to-large scale business problems. • Build descriptive or explanatory models or use outputs from models created by others. • Analyze larger datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. • Use interactive data visualization tools and statistical techniques to uncover hidden insights. • Conduct exploratory data analysis, test hypotheses, and validate findings with business partners. • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional business partners and teams on complex business objectives. • Influence solution strategies and outcomes using expanded business knowledge. • Collect, integrate, and transform disparate datasets into cohesive analytical datasets. • Assess data quality and apply data hygiene techniques. • Conduct quality checks, document data processes, and collaborate on peer review and data validation. • Assist with deployment and monitoring of complex predictive models into workflows. • Translate technical data insights into communications and presentations for non-technical partners and leadership. • Seek feedback and participate in professional development to enhance skills and contribute to team objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on Online Sales and A/B Testing statistics • Ability to review datasets and translate findings according to business needs • Experience with data visualization tools to manage reports • Advanced stakeholder communication and presentation skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and data quality rigor • Experience with customer behavior is nice to have
