📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant and G-Suite to M365 migrations • Manage all migration phases from discovery and remediation through execution and post-migration support • Use enterprise migration tools such as Quest On-Demand and BitTitan • Maintain the integrity of the overall IT architecture • Collaborate with business leaders, architects, IT teams and third-party partners to understand requirements and deliver governed solutions aligned with organizational strategy • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including high- and low-level designs, build documentation, application handover and disaster recovery documentation • Provide expert technical advice and hands-on support on enterprise messaging, collaboration platforms and application integration

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations • Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and G-Suite to M365 migrations • Strong working knowledge of Quest On-Demand • Ideally, experience with BitTitan or Sharegate • Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure • Ability to architect and implement solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and reducing technical debt • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to resolve and escalate key design decisions in a structured and effective manner • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present complex technical solutions clearly • Proactive, collaborative approach; ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities • High level of integrity and attention to detail
