📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate L1/L2 incidents, driving rapid restoration and stakeholder communication • Manage incident triage, escalation, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions • Develop and maintain Python-based automation for monitoring, incident response, and operational processes • Improve service reliability through observability, proactive monitoring, and system optimization • Build and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure automation • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to enhance platform performance and resilience • Maintain operational runbooks, dashboards, and incident management procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Python Development • Proven experience incidents in enterprise-scale environments or applications • Strong Python development experience, including automation, APIs, and operational tooling (Atlassian Tools) • Hands-on experience with Linux, CI/CD, AWS and cloud-native technologies • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Python • Linux • Docker & Kubernetes • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD • AWS or GCP • Incident management tools • REST APIs and automation frameworks
