📋 Description

• Conduct UX research, including interviews, workshops, usability testing and fieldwork • Analyze user needs and translate insights into user-centered solutions • Create wireframes, prototypes and navigation flows using Figma • Ensure consistency of the user experience through the use and evolution of Design Systems • Collaborate with cross-functional business, product and development teams • Participate in defining and optimizing the user experience in transactional portals

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX), covering the full user-centered design lifecycle • Proven experience in user research, interviews and usability testing • Strong knowledge in the use and management of Design Systems • Experience in transactional portal projects • Proficiency in Figma • Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) • Residence in Portugal • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, autonomous and problem-solving mindset • High level of empathy and focus on user needs
