📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 support across Workday Financial Management • Work directly with Finance and technical teams to stabilise operations, resolve issues, support enhancements and drive continuous improvement • Lead support for Financial Accounting, FDM, journals, settlements, intercompany processing, allocations and month-end close activities • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Banking & Settlement, Customer Accounts, Revenue, Projects, Grants, Business Assets, reporting and audit support • Support Workday security, reporting, EIB processing, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement for production environments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Workday Financials experience • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Customer Accounts, Projects, Assets and Grants • Hands-on experience with Workday FDM, Financial Reporting, Accounting Center concepts, EIB processing and production support operations • Strong troubleshooting capability across financial processes, integrations, reporting, reconciliations, month-end close and audit support • Experience managing security activities including user provisioning, role assignments, domain security, segregation of duties and access reviews • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively with Finance, technology and business users in complex environments
