📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technology-related positions • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruitment channels • Screen resumes and identify candidates aligned with technical and business requirements • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Assist with candidate pipeline management and talent mapping activities • Support recruitment reporting and market intelligence research • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and IT recruitment • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
